Follow Online Admission Procedure : |
| 1. Download The Admission Form. 2. Take a Printout of the Form. 3. Fill the form with Blue or Black Ball point Pen. 4. Entry Through Field in the Form must be marked as “Direct”. 5. Column 1 to 9, 11 are mandatory to Fill. 6. Signature Field in Column 14 and 15 must be signed by Candidate and Guardian. 7. Affix Passport size Photo of candidate in Page 1 of the Form. |

| For Payment of Admission Fee click online payment option or download the instructions. It must be noted that without payment of Admission fee the admission is not complete by any means. |
